12 killed in fire at chemical manufacturing firm near Pune, 5 feared trapped

Soon after the fire was reported around 5 pm, eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The fire was reported to have been doused by 6.43 pm.

16 injured due to cylinder blast in 4-storey Mumbai building, residents evacuated

The blast in the Sarabhai building was reported at around 7:23 am and the fire due to the blast was extinguished by 7:50 am. After the blast, residents of the building were shifted to Hotel Hiramani in Lalbaug.

Fire at Gujarat’s Covid-19 hospital, 5 killed

As of 1 am on Friday, a total of 33 patients were admitted to the hospital. The fire brigade team rushed to the spot to extinguish the fire, after which it could be controlled.
