There are three types of Bihu - Rangali or Bohag Bihu (April), Kangali or Kati Bihu (October) and Bhogali or Magh Bihu (January). Magh Bihu, the harvest festival, falls every year around 14 and 15 January. This year, it will be observed on January 15.
