The walls of the stifling, tiny enclosure will come closing in onto the defaulting inmate, causing anxiety and trauma.

To worsen the effect, the temperature may be reduced to as less as 5 degrees celsius and the inmate will be made to wear a straitjacket that will not allow him/her to free the arms.
