The metropolitan magistrate court, Andheri has issued a bailable warrant against Pooja Mishra for not appearing in court for the defamation case filed against her by Pooja Bedi.
Pooja Bedi has filed a criminal case against Pooja Mishra for making false allegations against her and defaming her. In the Bigg Boss 5 house, Pooja Mishra accused Pooja Bedi for defaming her on national television. Pooja Mishra also claimed that Pooja Bedi was paid to harass her.
Acting against this, Bedi in 2012 filed a criminal case before Andheri Magistrate court for defamation and criminal intimidation.
While the case has been going on, Bedi’s advocate Rizwan Siddiqui said that Mishra has remain absent since several hearing. “Neither she nor her advocate remained present for the hearing on Saturday, which annoyed the court as they were asked to remain present in the last hearing. As they did not turn up the court has issued a bailable warrant against Mishra,” Siddiqui said.
