On Bigg Boss, both Rishabh and Prince competed for Yuvika’s attention. “It happened suddenly. It actually started out as a fun thing. I genuinely liked Prince, and asked him, ‘What’s happening?’ But later, everyone started teasing me and Rishabh,” adds Yuvika, who says she is not “interested” in anyone right now.

“I need to know the guy properly to be interested in him. Had I stayed back on the show, I would have got to know him (Prince) better. But, let’s see where life takes us,” she says.

The actor says that while such a show cannot really boost one’s career, it certainly offers one “a lot of visibility”. “The common man gets to know who you are. I wanted people to know the real me,” she says.

Yuvika started her acting career with a television show, Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani and has nine films to her credit till date. However, she has not received the appreciation that she, perhaps, expected. Nevertheless, Yuvika is happy with the way her career has progressed.

Talking about her early eviction, Yuvika claims she is glad that she was evicted because she can now celebrate Diwali with her family: “I got the chance to work on my weakness on the show, which is not reacting quickly to situations. I used to avoid confrontations, and came across as a confused person. But now I have learnt to say no to people.”
