‘No Tulsi for me'

Smriti out, Gautami in, Gautami out, Smriti in.. and now there are rumours that Smriti Iraani will once again make way for Gautami Kapoor in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Why? The falling TRPs.

But Gautami rubbishes these rumours. "No Tulsi for me. If Balaji really wanted to make the switch, why wouldn't they announce it officially ?" she asks irritably.

The actress who recently refused a role in the Ekta Kapoor-produced Kahaani Humaarey Mahabharat ki, adds that this is nothing but a rumour.

An insider from the channel insists that the TRPs of the daily have dipped because several such shows have popped up on the tube: "That has nothing to do with Smriti's return, nor are there any plans to replace her."
