Updated on Mar 17, 2020 10:32 pm IST
Delhi Chief Minister issued a 'guarantee card' ahead of Assembly elections on February 8. Arvind Kejriwal said that his party, Aam Aadmi Party, would launch a manifesto separately. Kejriwal said that the promises contained in the 'guarantee card' would either be implemented if he is re-elected, or had already been implemented and would be continued for the entirety of his next term. The ten promises spanned basic issues such as education, healthcare and cleanliness, provision of electricity and water, transportation, and women's safety. Delhi is preparing for a three-cornered fight, the results of which would be declared on February 11.
