Manohar Lal Khattar was once considered an outside in Haryana's political landscape, now he is the BJP'S face for the 2019 Assembly elections. After having taken oath in 2014, Khattar has managed to balance the caste equations and earned the complete backing of PM Modi & the BJP top brass.
