CAA In 7 Days? Modi Minister ‘Guarantees’ Implementation Of Controversial Law In One Week | Watch

Union Minister Shantanu Thakur, at a rally in West Bengal’s South 24 Parganas, said that the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) will be implemented in a week. The CAA, which was passed in 2019 by the Parliament, was put on the back burner after the Covid-19 pandemic. But Union Home Minister Amit Shah recently said that CAA will be implemented and no one can stop it. West Bengal’s ruling party TMC, which opposes CAA, has vowed to not let the controversial law be implemented in the state.
