Watch: Landslide causes Pathankot-Dalhousie highway to shut

A landslide occurred on the Pathankot-Dalhousie National Highway in Nainikhad area earlier on Saturday, 25 August. The vehicular traffic was been stopped on the highway.
Rains have caused landslides in other areas as well.
The 270-km Jammu-Srinagar national highway, the only all-weather road linking Kashmir with the rest of the country, was closed on Saturday as overnight rains triggered a landslide in Ramban district, officials said.
Tourists and local travellers had a harrowing time as the Chandigarh- Manali national highway remained blocked for more than 12 hours after a massive landslide occured at Aut in Mandi district on Friday night.
