A shocking act by the Muzaffarnagar Police of Uttar Pradesh came to light in which a missing mobile phone complainant went to police station to file the FIR, but he was asked to shine their shoes in order to get his complaint filed at the police station. The video went viral it outraged the residents. The police are investigating the matter.
