Delhi blast: Accused Umar Un Nabi's house demolished in Pulwama days after Amit Shah's stern warning

Security forces demolished the Pulwama residence of Dr. Umar Un Nabi, the prime accused in the Delhi Red Fort terror blast that killed 13 people. Umar, who worked as an assistant professor at Al Falah University in Faridabad, was identified as the car bomber through DNA analysis. His network, linked to Dr. Muzammil Shakeel Ganaie and Dr. Adeel Rather—both arrested earlier for storing nearly 3,000 kg of ammonium nitrate, detonators, and timers—has been under intense investigation. Authorities seized another suspect vehicle, a silver Maruti Brezza, in Faridabad. Home Minister Amit Shah vowed the “strictest punishment” for the perpetrators, stating the response would send a global message of zero tolerance toward terrorism. The demolition was part of a wider crackdown on terror modules with ties across Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh as investigators continue to unravel the plot’s network.
