Hamas' Comeback In North Gaza Worrying Israel Army? IDF Chief Scolds Netanyahu Amid Rafah Attack

IDF Chief Herzi Halevi reportedly came down heavily on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Army chief criticised Netanyahu for not developing a post-war plan to govern Gaza and ensure Hamas doesn’t return to rule the Palestinian region. “We are now operating once again in [Jabalia]. As long as there’s no diplomatic process to develop a governing body in the Strip that isn’t Hamas, we’ll have to launch campaigns again and again in other places to dismantle Hamas’s infrastructure,” he was quoted as saying by Channel 13, as per Times of Israel.
