BJP MP Nishikant Dubey defends party worker washing feet, drinking soiled water

BJP MP from Jharkhand Nishikant Dubey was trolled on social media on Monday after a video of a party worker washing his feet and drinking the dirty water went viral. Taking to Facebook to defend himself Nishikant Dubey said that those trolling him did not understand the love supporters have for him. He added that the concerned party worker washed and drank the water out of respect for him. The incident took place on Sunday when Dubey was attending the stone laying ceremony of a bridge across the Kajhia river in Godda district.
