Devendra Fadnavis back as Maharashtra CM, Ajit Pawar his deputy

Massive twist in Maharashtra political drama. Devendra Fadnavis took oath as Maharashtra Chief Minister for a second time. NCP's Ajit Pawar was sworn-in as Deputy Chief Minister. The oath was administered by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhawan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Fadnavis and Pawar on taking oath. BJP, Sena, NCP and Congress won 105, 56, 54 and 44 seats respectively in the October Assembly polls.
