‘Concerns raised by Pakistan not found credible’: India’s envoy to UN

China and Pakistan's attempts to raise the Kashmir issue at the UNSC failed to find any support yet again. A majority of UNSC members agreed that the matter was a bilateral one and should be solved within the bilateral framework. Speaking after the informal closed-door meet, India's permanent representative to the United Nations Syed Akbaruddin said that the outcome was on expected lines and added that none of the allegations leveled by Pakistan were found to be credible.
