Congress alleges Kashmir formula replicated in North-East, BJP hits back

There was massive ruckus in the Lok Sabha over protests in the North East following passage of the Citizenship Amendment Bill. Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury accused the government of throwing the entire North East into turmoil and said that the Kashmir formula is being replicated in the North East. The BJP hit back at the Congress and accused it of instigating violence in the region.
