Delhi Jal Board Vice President Dinesh Mohaniya spoke on the quality of water in the national capital and said 11 samples of water are not enough for evaluation. Mohaniya said the Jal Board will collect 3000 samples and will pick at least 5 samples from each ward for the laboratory tests. The statement comes after Delhi's water failed on 19 parameters. Mumbai topped the list of cities surveyed by BIS. Water samples from several cities were collected.
