Delhiites have their say on Odd-Even scheme & pollution menace

As the Odd-Even scheme kicked off in the capital, Hindustan Times spoke to Delhiites on whether the road rationing policy will help in curbing pollution. While most agreed that the Odd-Even scheme will help, others said that a lot more needs to be done to counter the pollution crisis. Some residents of the capital even batted for bringing commercial vehicles under the ambit of the Odd-Even schemes. Watch this video.
