Ex-BJP leader Dayashankar Singh apologises for comparing Mayawati with prostitute

Praising BSP supremo Mayawati's stature in politics, Dayashankar Singh on Wednesday apologised for his remark where he compared Mayawati with a sex worker. Singh said he respects BSP chief and had no intentions to pass derogatory statements, adding that he apologises for his mistake. Singh has been expelled from the BJP after he made the comment yesterday.
