It's tough to change the environment, but keeping your home dust free and airing pillows and mattresses in the sun helps to reduce symptoms of runny nose, incessant sneezing, coughing, watering eyes and throat ache. Dr Navin Dang, Consultant microbiologist and founder chairman of Dr Dang's Labs, explains the best ways to prevent allergies.
