Hemant Soren takes oath as the 11th chief minister of Jharkhand. Governor Droupadi Murmu administered the oath of office and secrecy. The swearing-in ceremony took place in Jharkhand's Ranchi. Conress leader Rahul Gandhi, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel and Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot were were present at the ceremony. JMM emerged as the largest party winning 30 seats in Jharkhand assembly polls.
