Hope India opens new embassies in Latin America: Dominican Republic Envoy

Ambassador of Dominican Republic to India Frank Hans Dannenberg Castellanos said he hopes India will open new embassies in Latin America. Earlier, India had announced that it would open new embassies in Africa. PM Modi is scheduled to meet Carribean heads of states during his US visit. Frank also lauded the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and said he is a positive minister.
