‘Law to shoot at sight for anti-India slogans’: Karnataka minister’s demand

A member of the Karnataka cabinet made a controversial demand on Monday. BC Patil, who holds the Forest portfolio, said that a law should be formulated which mandates the shooting of those who raise 'slogans against India'. He said that he would 'compel the Centre' to pass such a law. Patil is a former police officer.
