Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Manoj Tiwari on Monday took a dig at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over free travel announcement for women in all public transport including metro trains. Calling the move an 'empty promise', Tiwari said that Kejriwal is afraid of losing the political ground as the state assembly polls are nearing. Earlier in the day, the Delhi Chief Minister announced free travel for women in buses and metro trains.
