about the video

TIME magazine’s list of 100 most influential people for 2020 includes five Indians. PM Modi has been kept under the ‘Leaders’ along with Donald Trump, others. The Indian PM, who turned 70 a few days ago, had made it to the list earlier as well. Ayushmann Khurana was the only actor from India who made it to the list. Ayushmann is the youngest Indian to be featured in this year’s TIME Magazine. Deepika Padukone wrote an essay to introduce Khurrana to TIME magazine’s readers. Bilkis was an unlikely face among the names who made it to the TIME’s list. Bilkis was among the leading figures who led peaceful protests in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh. The 82-year-old woman protested against the Citizenship Amendment Act last year. Sundar Pichai is among the five Indians who featured in this year’s TIME Magazine. Ravindra Gupta has been featured by TIME magazine under the ‘Pioneers’ category. Watch the full video for more.
