A Naxal commander with a total of Rs 29 lakh bounty on his head was arrested in Chhattisgarh. Operation was launched by ITBP and Chhattisgarh Police in Rajnandgaon. David alias Umesh Sakin is a commander of People's Liberation Guerilla Army. PLGA operates in Maharashtra-Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh region. David was nabbed following a gunbattle in Katenga forest area of the district. The Naxal commander suffered bullet injury during the gunbattle. David has been admitted to district hospital by security personnel.
