Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral meeting with his Thai counterpart Prayut Chan-o-cha in Bangkok. The meeting took place after the two world leaders co-chaired the sixteenth India-ASEAN summit in the Thai capital. PM Modi and Chan-o-cha had a 'good conversation', according to Raveesh Kumar, spokesperson for India's Ministry of External Affairs. The two leaders talked about 'stepping up bilateral cooperation' through connectivity, trade and investment, and defence and security, among other sectors.
