Congress leader Rahul Gandhi visited flood-battered Wayanad in north Kerala for the second time in this month. Rahul met people from a relief camp at St Thomas' Church. After meeting the people, Rahul wrote letters to Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Harsh Vardhan and Nitin Gadkari seeking help to rehabilitate the flood affected areas. Wayanad is one of the worst-affected during the floods. Heavy rains and landslides wreaked havoc in many parts of Wayanad.
