Rajnath Singh hints at change in no first use policy on nuclear weapons

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reiterated India's stand of no first nuclear us, but then also added a twist. Flanked by Army Chief General Bipin Rawat, Rajnath Singh said that while India stands firm on the no first use policy, its stand may change in the future depending on circumstances. The Defence Minister's statement comes amid tension with Pakistan after India abrogated Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
