‘3 or more cases’: Delhi Health Minister on criteria for COVID-19 hotspots

Delhi's Health Minister Satyendar Jain spoke on the criteria to declare an area a Covid-19 hotspot. Jain said if there are three or more cases from an area, it is declared a hotspot. This comes as Covid-19 cases in the national capital are over 1,200. Jain also informed over Rapid Test Kits and said they are yet to arrive. “We've started random testing on people now,” he added.
