Spyware attack on Indians via WhatsApp? | ‘Pegasus’ controversy explained

A major controversy has broken out after internet messaging app WhatsApp filed a lawsuit against an Israeli firm called NSO Group. WhatsApp alleges that NSO's software Pegasus was used to snoop on 1,400 people across 20 nations, including India.
