Summoned by ED, Congress’ DK Shivakumar says BJP harassing him

Karnataka Congress strongman DK Shivakumar has terms the ED summon as BJP'S bid to harass him. The ED move comes after the Karnataka High Court dismissed Shivakumar's petition challenging the summons issued to him in a money-laundering case. Shivakumar said BJP leaders had earlier said that he would be harassed and the ED summon was a part of the same agenda.
