Union Minister Nitin Gadkari terms Kejriwal’s odd-even plan ‘unnecessary’

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has called Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's plan to re-implement the odd-even scheme 'unnecessary'. Gadkari said that the Ring Road built by the centre has considerably reduced pollution in the country. Remember, CM Kejriwal announced that the odd-even scheme will be in place from 4th to 15th November. Kejriwal added that studies have shown that the odd-even scheme results in fall of pollution by around 13%.
