‘Thrashed and urinated upon’: UP journalist accuses railway cops of abuse

A TV journalist was beaten up by GRP personnel in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli as he was trying to cover a goods train derailment. Amit Sharma was thrashed on Tuesday evening. A video of the incident shows that the journalist is being slapped by GRP personnel. Sharma also claimed that the railway cops even urinated in his mouth. GRP's Shamli SHO and a constable have been suspended in connection with the incident.
