A massive statue of Hindu deity Hanuman was erected in a US city. The 25-ft statue was installed in Hockessin in the state of Delaware. The statue was crafted from a single block of granite in India's Warangal. The statue, which weighs 30,000 kg, cost $100,000 to make and transport. The statue travelled from Hyderabad to New York by ship in Jan 2020. It was then transported in a truck to Delaware's largest Hindu temple.
