Watch: Incessant rains, landslides batter Kerala’s Wayanad

Incessant rainfall has wreaked havoc in the state of Kerala and Wayanad district is among the worst hit areas. Dozens have been killed and several people are still missing in various districts of the state. Resuce teams from the NDRF are struggling to reach some of the affected areas. Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi spoke to PM Modi seeking assistance to tackle the flood crisis in the region. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has sought help from the Army and Air Force for rescue operations.
