Watch | Rs. 1.4 crores in new currency recovered in Thane

The Thane police arrested three persons and recovered Rs. 1.4 crores in new currency. The arrested people were trying to exchange old currency in return for new currency. This operation was led by crime branch official Nitin Thakeray and his team. The Crime Branch got a tip-off that some people are coming to Thane Railway station and Civil Hospital to exchange a huge amount of money.
