Migratory birds from Siberia were seen orchestrating their temporary stay in the holy city after flying several miles away from the cold Arctic regions. These birds prefer warmer climate along the Gangetic belt. These birds travel through Afghanistan and Central Asia and arrive in India during this season. Several tourists from across the region flock to the ghats for bird watching.
