‘Why didn’t Sachin Pilot air his grievances to Speaker?’: Kapil Sibal

Congress leader Kapil Sibal said that the Rajasthan High Court's order to maintain status quo vis-a-vis the disqualification notice sent to Sachin Pilot and 18 other MLAs is a sad day in the history of the judiciary. Speaking to Hindustan Times' Sunetra Choudhury, the senior Congress leader said that the court cannot pass an order before the Speaker takes a decision.
