The central hall at New Delhi's historic telegraph office is witnessing a sudden buzz as enthusiasts are rushing in to be part of history by sending their last telegrams before the government shuts down the 163-year-old service following an onslaught of new and cheaper modes of communication at at 9:00 pm on Sunday.
