26/11 Mumbai attack: Kasab pleads for mercy

26/11 Mumbai terror attacks convict, Ajmal Kasab today sent his mercy petition to President Pranab Mukherjee. Kasab's plea has been filed through the Arthur road jailor. Earlier last month, the Supreme Court had rejected a plea by Kasab to commute the death sentence handed to him by the Bombay High Court to life imprisonment.
