Ajmer villagers gear up for video conferencing with Obama
Locals in Kanpura village of Ajmer district in Rajasthan say they are fully geared up for video conferencing with U.S. President Barack Obama during his visit to India.The president will have a conference with Kanpura's Sarpanch, from Mumbai on November 7, and will talk about technology benefiting the village and for its development.The thought of talking to the president of one of the world's most powerful countries has got people enthusiastic,and preparations for the video-conferencing are in full swing.The National Information Centre (NIC) along with the members of the village council has completed all the necessary arrangements to carry out the conversation between the president and the villagers without any glitch.A team of U.S. officials and technicians had earlier visited the venue to ensure all steps and measures were taken for the event.
