Assam Open for talks with rebel outfit ULFA: Gogoi

After meeting the India's Home Minister P Chidambaram at New Delhi on Tuesday Tarun Gogoi, chief minister of Assam said that his government is open for talks with the rebel United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA). But at the same time Gogoi also made it clear that the banned outfit will be dealt firmly if it continues to indulge in senseless killing of innocent people.
