Baisakhi remembrance for jallianwala bagh martyrs
Updated on Apr 14, 2012 02:51 am IST
The celebration of Basakhi coincides with the tragedy of Jallianwala Bagh in which thousands of innocent people were killed in the firing ordered by British General Dyer. People celebrate the traditional festival on April 13 each year remembering those women, children and men, both young and old who were massacred by the British bullets.
