Belgium Prince Philippe visits India to strengthen bilateral ties

Belgium's Prince Philippe is in India to strengthen bilateral trade ties with the country. The Prince arrived in New Delhi on Saturday along with Princess Mathilde and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Steven Vanackere. The two countries are expected to sign around 28 agreements during the current visit of the Prince. The economic mission is multi-sector with clusters in automobile, aeronautics, transport infrastructure, clean technology and renewable energy, bio-pharma, audiovisual and diamonds. Belgium has emerged as one of India's important trading partners in the EU.
