Bollywood is on the back foot over its support to MNS chief Raj Thackeray, a couple of days after some prominent actors signed a petition against the gag order imposed on Thackeray by the Mumbai police. Now they have sought to distance themselves and have clarified that they are not backing Raj Thackeray's anti-migrant politics or the violence unleashed by MNS workers on Mumbai's streets. Actor Salman Khan also distanced himself from Raj Thackeray stating that he had nothing to do with with Thackeray's politics.
