British Prime Minister Gordon Brown arrived in the Indian capital to calm rising tensions between New Delhi and Islamabad. Gordon, on a whistle-stop tour of South Asia, met his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Sunday morning. India has accused the Lashkar-e-Taiba or LeT, a militant group it says was set up by Pakistan to fight Indian rule in Kashmir, of involvement in the Mumbai attacks.
