Chances of negative IIP in 2013–14 less: Montek Singh Ahluwalia

While the new fiscal has started and the finance ministry has made a strong case for a rating upgrade before the international rating agency Fitch, deputy chairman of the Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia on Friday said that chances of the IIP going to negative was less in 2013 – 14.
