Commoner volunteers to be hangman to execute Kasab

Rajiv Tandon, a functionary of Hindu Suraksha Samiti, a local Hindu forum of Ludhiana, has offered his services through an application to the Indian Prime Minister seeking the job of a hangman to execute Ajmal Amir Kasab, who was sentenced to death for Mumbai attack in 2008. Tandon accompanied by other activists of the forum submitted this application to the Additional District Collector of Ludhiana on Friday.They have asked J K Jain, the Additional District Collector to forward his application to the office of Indian Prime Minister.
